BHI Monitoring and Response Services
Our client’s managed servers include proactive monitoring of server health and 24x7 response to system alerts. BHI’s Customer Support Center is staffed 24x7x365 and is automatically notified of system events and outages for immediate response. In the event of an incident, Customer Support staff will notify the client’s designated contacts and dispatch Network and Systems Engineers as needed. BHI’s Customer Support Team is also available around the clock via phone and e-mail to field our client’s support inquiries.
