Eden Prairie based tech company expands its operations and support team to sustain momentum and growth of sales

Eden Prairie, MN – BHI Advanced Internet Solutions, a Twin Cities company and provider of the most reliable, secure and high performance Internet solutions to corporations across the country and , is proud to announce the appointment of six new members to its back-end support department:

Gregory Dodd - Support Supervisor
Micah Garneau - Support Specialist
Brandon Bruzek – Support Specialist
David Fisher - Field Support Specialist
Raymond Calubayan - Field Support Specialist
Andrew Balfour - PT Support Specialist

The consistent growth in account acquisitions and sales has warranted fast expansion in the support department.  As Support Supervisor, Dodd’s responsibilities include leading the entire support team, overseeing all support functions, and strategic IT project management.  Support specialists provide installation and client support for the company’s highly successful SecureConnect product.

Bringing a cumulative total of 47+ years of experience in IT and Internet security support, this new group was recruited from companies such as Viscom Technology, FedEx Kinkos, HMS Host, and Lawinger Consulting. Previous to joining BHI, Fisher owned his own design firm and Dodd was an independent IT consultant.

“Companies can not afford the vulnerability of unprotected systems,” says Dodd who has been working in an IT capacity for over two decades. “That’s where we step in with security and round the clock support and monitoring – even on weekends.” 

Garneau, who has seven years of IT experience including international projects, considers himself a crime-fighter, “stopping the bad guys from disrupting our customers and giving businesses the ability to create their own personalized internet to meet their needs.”

Based on the past decade of his work in Internet security, Balfour concurs. “We are saving the world, one router at a time.”
