		Committed bandwidth is a guaranteed cost per month set up ahead of time while burstable bandwidth varies depending on usage.

		Bandwidth is hard capped at 1mbps or approximately 20% above committed rate, unless prior arrangements are made

		Customer may request bandwidth capped at certain amount to prevent any burstable fees
